Blue Mountain Village is great for wandering. Shopping and nature all in one place. The Village is easy to navigate and is great for accessibility.
Blue Mountain Village situated close to the shores of Georgian Bay just west of Collingwood, is a very charming village where one will be fascinated by the beautiful setting of the various establishments. There are a number of hotels, shops and restaurants all set in a eye-catching way. The hills in the backdrop and the ponds within the village gives... More
it has been a few years since I was last here. It sure has changed alot. It seems there are 3 seasons in this resort area, summer, winter and fall. Fall is more for conferences. The village stroll is short but nice selection of stores and resturants. Looks like Interwest has put a ton of $$ into making this a... More
The village is lovely and there is quite a bit to do. The people running the various attractions were well organized and they ran quite smoothly. There are many restaurants but we generally found them overpriced for family meals 2 or 3 times a day. The hotel we stayed in had a kitchenette and we went out to buy food... More
Thank you for your review and we are thrilled you enjoyed your time in the Blue Mountain Village. You offered a great tip for families to bring in food, or to visit the Market shop to stock up on the basics during your visit. The Market is located at the entrance to the Village just down from the entrance to... More
We visited Blue Mountains during the Thanksgiving weekend and it was packed with visitors. There were a lot of activities for families and all the restaurants were enjoying good business. You can take a hike up the mountain trail, go ziplining, rock climbing, biking up the mountain, and other activities during summer and fall. If you stay in the resort... More
We went with the family in the winter. We had a great time. the skiing, outdoor pool and hot tub, and winter paradise was just amazing. was a well worth trip enjoyed by young and old.
Stayed here for a conference back in February. I don't ski, in fact I actually hate winter, should have been born a little further south....but this place is beautiful. So many restaurants to choose from and little quaint shops to browse in before stopping in at one of the many little taverns. Shared a room with a college but was... More
So rustic and chic at the same time. Beautiful scenery and right at the foot of the mountain. Loved it. Great shopping
All activities in one central location. We enjoyed zip lining, ridge runner and Gandola (lifts that take you to the top of blue mountain). Although bought tickets for Golf but didn't get the time. Tickets are valid for one year so will use them next time. View from the top is very scenic. One other must activity is pottery painting... More
Well worth the drive. Village itself is charming and fun. And once there you have all kind of activities! Can't believe I didn't go before!
