Various animals inside , but bear in mind certain attractions are not included in the fees. Fees included with the dinasour attraction. No animal shows like in Zoo Negara, bird shows are available at selected times twice a day.
Can bring food / drinks inside but dont feed the animals!

Fun place for kids. Got dinosaur things for them. Good place to hang out with your plus one of friend or family. Price-reasonable

Hear me right, this is not my first visit. Price ticket went up after they introduce Dino Encounter. 2 adult and 2 kids I paid around RM168. No other facilities been upgraded. Toilet still dirty, broken hose, can’t even flush. No soap, tissue in all toilet I visited (whatmore hand sanitizer). Its 2023 already.
Parking need to pay RM5 per day. Was forced to buy daily coupon, they didnt even offer to just pay the hourly coupon rate which is cheaper. ( We probably only spend 2 hours there). Price is way more expensive than the Zoo Negara, which have a more extensive animals and shows. Open aviary need to pay extra RM6 to enter. Petting Zone need to pay extra RM5. Riding the tram need to pay extra RM4. Feeding elephant RM5. Feeding goat RM5. Tried to take photo and sell to you at every corner. Food prices was mad inside. EVERYTHING NEED TO PAY. Reptile zone closed, lion cage closed. Crocodile was absent (can only spot 2 alligator).
This is a tourist trap. Its about time we end this. Its a waste of time and money.

If you want to come to Zoo Melaka, go on Monday or Tuesday. Parking is free on both these days. And come before noon. When I exited around 3.30pm Monday , there was a long line starting to build up.
The animals while not as extensive as zoo negara are well fed and food for petting zoo (rabbits, guinea pigs) and elephants is rm5 each.
The dinosaur section was fun. Gives you a first hand perspective on how large dinosaurs were. Photos with velociraptors are rm50 but its not compulsory to buy. I bought mine since the photo was good.
The Mr Potato RM10 for 5 snack bag near the cockatoos was a good deal. Something you can't get in KL.
Lastly, bring your own water if you don't want to ride the tram or pay rm4 for drinks. You'll be walking roughly 5km - 10,000 steps easily.

Staff force me to pay RM 5.00 for a parking and it valid for 1 day…but notice shown per hour RM 0.60. I only took an hour for zoo tour from 1040hrs to 1150hrs. I suggest for parking lot charges please be more transparent and don’t treat us like visit only one time for whole life. TIADA YANG MENARIK DI SINI

Thank you,

Kinds Regards ,

The ticket we buy on 03.05.2022, 1 days in Zoo Melaka, no limit time right?
If we go out Zoo Melaka from 12-1pm, after 1pm still can enter the Zoo Melaka?
As long we keep the ticket right

Rm38 for adult and Rm31 for kids. Prepare cash since inside most of the shop don’t have eWallet or credit card. Don’t be surprise you guys need to pay few things additional for visit such as petting.

Just visited this zoo yesterday without advance planning , last minutes decision . The ticket purchasing was quite fast without needed to wait long. Rm39 for adult above 3 rm31. Type of animals not much but they all look very healthy and well fed. Unlike zoo negara animals all very ill and super skinny . The place are being maintained well and not much mosquitoes or flies , the dinosaurs park also very good place for kids overall strongly recommended

Yes one of the best Zoo in Malaysia. BUT... You guys have very bad toilet. Very sad. We went to 2 toilet and the first one got poop everywhere!! (Toilet in the picture). The toilet is not safe some more! Why??? The second toilet my gf went got guy inside!!! Yes A GUY! That guy is not the zoo staff. That guy is outsider. A pervert. Its not safe. At least put cleaner there... safe for girls to go inside. I don’t mind pay few cents for clean toilet... BAD BAD BAD TOILET!

Been here with my good secondary school friends.
It is a great place for us to learn more about the animal and taking a nice photo with friends and family.
Every certain hour, the zoo provides some particular performances regularly in any corner of the zoo.
This place is also suitable to visit during the night as the lights will make the surrounding look very beautiful.
Very recommended for all animal lovers.
