I saw this place on the show Tokyo Eye and wanted to check it out right away. While it does has some info about Tokyo, I honestly get more at the hotel I stayed at. The views on the 8th floor are really nice for taking some pics.

It is 50m from asakusa station. Nice staff, good information, show directly with their ipad, politely people, good organize, a lot of information about city sightseeing, musical, museum, theatre etc. I bought there my ticket for sumo tournament ( charge only 105 yen). They have also a good view from the 8th floor with a restaurant.
Stop in for help, an area map and special programs (the day I was there they had a paper cutting traditions presentation). Clean restrooms as well.
The center is a good place to learn more about the Asakusa area. It is located close to Senso-ji, in front of Kaminarimon gate. Take the elevator up to the top floor. There is a cafe and a terrace with a great view. You can see Senso-ji temple, Tokyo Skytree, and the Asahi Beer building.
I visited here at night. I was very surprised to get great view from 8th floor cafe. You can see illuminated Sensouji-temple and skytree over beer. The cafe is good atmosphere with candle light. It was amazing. You should visit here when you come Asakusa. I reccomend.
Very informative center about the area. Good place to book tours and find some English speaking people to explain to you what is going on. The tour info providers think everything is amazing so be warned, research what you like to see before hand if possible.
