If you have the time take this scenic route. It is beautiful with hidden gems along the way. Take time to stop and take pictures. You don't see these kinds of views everyday.

This was our first time driving the North Cascades Highway....the roads are in great condition with lots of places to stop and sight see. Nice areas for hiking and cute little towns along the way! We had a wonderful time!

It's hard to rate this one. Having been to the East Coast during the "Leaf Peeper" season, this one falls a bit short. The color really depends on the season. Beautiful. You didn't have to leave your car to see hanging glaciers, waterfalls and unbelievable mountains. Once we did leave the car, however, the hiking was wonderful.
