In agreement with another reviewer, I think the shuttle idea is briliiant. This Park is overrun with people and apparently has been for some time. I noticed when we would get off the shuttle at various points there were parking lots, unused now except by a Park vehicle here and there, which I imagine were provided for and were adequate... More

If this the shuttle up the canyon brilliant , lots of bus to get on and off with so you are able to spend more time, plus toilets at the most stops

Due to Zion's popularity auto traffic, with the exception of lodge guests, is not allowed up the canyon road so the shuttle can be picked up at the Visitor Center parking lot. They run every 15 minutes, are comfortable, have large windows for viewing and make all the trailhead pullouts and view point stops for on and off riding. The... More

As soon as you enter Zion you can either park at the Tourist Center to the right or drive a little bit further to the museum, park your car and wait for the shuttle. The shuttle service is free and passes quite often, about every 5-7 minutes. It starts early morning and goes on until about 9:45PM. I believe it... More

With this kind of service at hand, do nature a favor and leave your car in Springdale. There's a shuttle that drives through the main street and picks one up- drop off is at the visitors center, where after paying 12 usd per person (which can also be used later to drive through the park if you need to go,... By the time we left Zion, we could recite the recorded message that they play on this shuttle. It was relaxing not to have to drive in to the park, and the shuttles came along every few minutes. Some of the drivers give extra details.

We parked at the Visitor's Center and caught the shuttle. We enjoyed the narration along the route. The shuttle was comfortable and seemed to be clean each time we used them. They run frequently so they are easy to catch at each stopping point. It was an efficient way to see the entire park.

We visited Zion National Park whilst on vacation in Page, Arizona. If you get there other than early morning the Park parking lot is likely to be full so park in the village and get the free shuttle bus to the Visitor Centre. If you are going all day make sure you have plenty of water and food, apart from... More

This was a great way to get into the park. Runs about every ten minutes has seven stops and has great information about the park that you can listen to. This free shuttle you can get off and on at the different stops all day long. Great views of a Canyon system with weeping rocks , the Virgin River and... More
