Nice walk from the Fairmont hotel. You can ascend the stairs to the top for some gorgeous views. There are several spots to stop on the way up and read about the history of the lighthouse. Great attraction!!

Climb 180 stairs to the top and see some of Bermuda's most beautiful views! It costs $2 to go to the top and the small price gave us big views! The gift shop was nice too, we saw some of the best (and cheapest) souvenirs there the whole trip.
I did not take the tour or visit the gift shop as this was a stop on my Railway hike. There are restrooms and you can get a cold drink here.
It was a scorching hot day, but the restaurant was cool and pleasant. Service was friendly and promptly attentive. Food tasty, fresh and well presented.
It's a climb to the top (somewhere around 200 steps), but well worth it. If the weather is good, you can go outside onto the walkway for views of the island. You can easily see the entire western part of the island, as well as Hamilton and beyond. Don't let the climb scare you, there are balconies if you need...

This is a great spot to stop and see the entire island. It has a great view and at night there is a restaurant that is worth the visit.
We arrived at the lighthouse around 7:30 p.m., saw the gift shop was still open and asked the clerk if we could get into the lighthouse. She searched the premises, found the gate keeper and he unlocked the door, letting us in to climb the 185 steps to view the sunset! Yes we paid the entrance fee.
We ate dinner at the restaurant here at sunset. The views were spectacular. The inside of the restaurant was nice, but nothing too fancy. It was on the smaller side, so a reservation is probably necessary, we did have one. The food was very good and the service was also good. I highly recommend.
One of the prettiest places on one of the prettiest islands on the planet. The pastel houses with their iconic white stepped roofs, and the shape of the island is so fragile looking up here. You wont be sorry you climbed to the top. It is not for those who fear heights at the top.
The views were great (360 degree of entire island. A small stipend to keep it going but what a view. The lunch was very good and enough for 2 to share.
