Went there with a group in a cab and then discovered that they had moved somewhere else, where we needed to go in a cab. Even our hotel concierge didn't know this and we didn't have the time to traipse all over Havana in a cab. A big disappointment! More

I've toured this place several times as well as most all the other cigar factories in Havana. This is the best in my opinion. Talk to the right people and you can go into the VIP lounge to have a cigar, espresso and see famous personalities that have been there. More

I am not a smoker and I hate cigarette smoke so this attraction is lost on me. I appreciate that other people may like it. More

this takes you back to the 1930's. it is amazing to see them make cigars but it is back breaking work in a hot room with no air condiditonng or even a fan. all of these woman must get terrible artritis in their fingers and bad backs from sitting. amazing to see it still is like this. More

This place is in a great location... but I was ignored and given no help with product or getting a drink. Poor experience. More

at first we were disappointed because the factory had relocated.. but for just 2 pesos we were taken to the new location and it was a great experience.. I enjoy good cuban cigars and It was so great to see them being made.. mmm yes!! More

This was a fascinating tour even if you aren't interested in cigars. It was like a step back in time to see how this craft has been done by hand for generations. More

Nice staff, best cigars! The place lacks organization, so peopletend to cut in line. Try to go when is not crowded, take your time to get advise from their specialists. The factory is,unfortunately closed, so there's just a bar and a shop! More
