Sheraton Hotel overlooks the convention center so when the music and dancing fountains come on at set intervals during the day it is wonderful...

This new convention center is gigantic and the convention rooms are very spacious. Excellent view from the the balcony at the second floor. The food & beverage and the waiters' service was also excellent.

That said it is nicer that the convention centers in Vegas, Virginia or Miami. The Sheraton hotel and casino is across the street.

How a convention center gets ranked as a tourist activity is beyond me. It's a convention center, granted it's nice, but it's a convention center. Who goes to see convention centers unless there is an activity going on? Not me.

We were taking a cruise out of San Juan and went down a few days early as we love San Juan. We did some looking and found that this was the hotel closest to the pier that Royal Caribbean sails from. It looked like you could walk ot the front door and cross the street to get on the ship.... More

This is a great Place for your next convention. Facilities are great, with great parking. The convention center can be used in many configurations. The staff is always willing to help to satisfy the customer. Close to many hotels in San Juan.

Air conditioning ok as well as the acoustics. Could have provided more option food-wise. Clean toilets and the appropriate amount of signs so you can find your way.

Awesome facility! I was there for an annual convention, Impressive to look at from outside, beautiful architecture. the largest in the caribbean, and technologically advanced just as much as any in the US! Recommend it for any event if you want to impress your participants with a different location!

I only go here to work. For trade shows. I've been to trade shows all over the world and If there's anything unprofessional about the Convention Center it's the fault of the presenters & staff. The epmloyees, or at least the administrators should have to go to Trade shows elsewhere as part of their training. The building itself is well... More
