Girlfriend and I went on 4/9/12. The staff was Great, 5 stars. The expierience was pretty good for me but she got a little claustrophobic with the helmet on and didn't go down, so beware if you don't like small spaces. there was another gentleman in our group who felt the same way and didn't go. They gave us half... More

We wanted to do unique things at each port stop on our cruise November 2011 so my husband and I decided to Sea Trek -- you don't have to snorkel, you don't have to certify to dive - you just walk!!! That's it! The staff was GREAT - the experience very unique. I had asked our doctor first if there... More

Well....where do you begin with this fun...exciting adventure! Booked this offshore excursion with Freedom of the Seas Royal Caribbean a little nervous with the unknown but those thoughts were put to rest very quickly when we were greeted by the staff.... They were brilliant...professional and explained everything in full detail before the adventure began. And what an adventure it was........ More

We booked this excursion through our Celebrity Cruise planner and are so glad we did! It was the perfect amount of underwater fun and was SO easy to do. After a quick water taxi ride to the site from the port, we were given a professional and thorough demonstration of how the helmets work. While we waited our turn to... More

We did this with my 12-year old son, and he absolutely loved it. Cruised on the Norwegian Epic, did the dive at 2:30pm. About 19 in our group so we got split, half dove and half snorkeled. The crew was patient and assisted everyone, experienced or not. They provide water shoes free of charge and you go a depth of... More

This is a great experience for non-divers and, because of the originality of the concept and amusement, it can be an amusing one for weathered scuba-doers - and it's always good to join in with your kids. Excursion price can seem a bit high but you can see the money is spent on installations, equipment, maintenance and service which are... More

The best tip we can get is a good review on Tripadvisor and recommendations to other travelers. Thanks for the extensive review of our Seaterek tour. We do our very best to make our guests feel comfortable but also to run our tour safe. It is a nice idea during the boat trip to the platform to serve a drink.... More

We had a great time doing this. The staff were really informative and friendly and gave a very detailed safety briefing before the dive. I felt very prepared before I climbed down the ladder. The experience was like nothing else I've done before. The water was murkier than expected but then again I've never been down that deep before. We... More

My husband and I did this at one of ours stops on a cruise. The excursion itself was interesting. The staff was friendly but I felt rushed. They gave a quick intro to the gear and how to descend into the water. There was a group of about 15 and they did two tours. While the first group was in... More

I'm very sorry you felt rushed. Unfortunately it was a very busy day and we ran behind schedule for a couple of reasons. Off course this must never be a reason for our guests to feel rushed and I sincerely apologize for that. Never the less I'm quite happy we never got reprimanded like this before and we'll do our...
