I loved this self guided tour, exploring the structure and the architecture. If I had to choose one tourist attraction, this would be it. Amazing local and north american history lessons here, and absolutely beautiful. Take kids for sure!

My husband and I had Brimstone Fortress to ourselves and we loved every minute of it. The fortress is in great shape with lots of nooks and crannies to explore, lots to learn and amazing views of the island and ocean. Pack a picnic - lots of good spots to sit and relax!

Definitely worth the price of admission and the slightly steep climb to the top. Breath taking views from the top with lots of photo opportunities. If you go on a multi-island tour like we did save yourself the requisite trudge up the hill to a pile of stones and a few rusty cannons on most other islands and do Brimstone Hill. Intact, well presented and very impressive.

This it truly a spectacular site - amazing views, incredible history and perspective on the island. Well worth a trip to see.
