Very nice!!! Amazing place to stay with friends and chat while enjoying the sea, the birds and the dogs over there. Really nice.

Reef is 5m in from the shore line. The road side food is great there. Potato pie was my favorite. They did not do the doubles. If you see them selling double try one. its cheep and by all accounts loverly.

There are toilets, which you have to pay to go into. It's about $1 TT, so it's cheap. You can rent beach chairs, and there is a place to get food.

I enjoyed this beach more than Store Bay. It has less services and I found it to be more laid back. Surf was up a bit, but easy to wait it out. Good snorkeling off the beach in front of the Hotel services, with many smaller angels, and reef fish. Due to surf, not really clear, but not bad. Some... More

I came here as a novice surfer apprehensive about getting smashed on the reef. After a 2 hour session with Jason I caught the 10 best waves of my life. Even if you don't get in the water it's a cool place to just sit and soak up the sun while watching the locals show how it's done.

This is yet another picturesque beach where you can relax, have a drink or a snack and watch the waves roll in. The highlight for our group was a surfing lesson from a local professional surfer, who was friendly, informative and patient. Take heed of the warnings about the underwater coral reef and you will be in safe hands while... More

I loved the clear blue waters .... the blue cloudless sky above ... feeling the sun against my body as I lay on the smooth sands ....collecting shells on the shore ...... hearing the rhythmic sounds of music in the background ... seeing the laughter and peaceful joy on the faces of everyone around me ... DID NOT WANT TO... More

The left side of the beach is usually more peaceful than the main public area. Very clear water with lots of marine life. Ideal for snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. You can park your car very close to the beach or it's a very short walk from the main road if you're taking a taxi. This is one of the best... More

I wasn't sure my crappy little rental car could survive the dirt road, so we parked at the Beach Facility, and humped it on foot...a bit of a hike, but definitely worth it. The rocks on the point have a huge fish population, and the water was pretty clear, even during the Rainy Season. On a Sunday, we body-surfed on... More

Got married here, it was great. Mt Irvine beach is one of the few with a sunset over the water. Lovely pics.
