We enjoyed our visit at Argyle Falls. It was about an hours drive from Store bay area near airport. The cost was 40tt per person. I recommend taking a pice of bread with you to feed the fish in the big pool. The pool is very deep about 18 ft so if you cannot swim you need to take a... More

Went with my family, and the kids really enjoyed the hike and waterfall, just park, pay your entrance fee and start walking up to the waterfall, you can go with the guides if you wish to, falls were nice to bathe as the last level had a large pool to go swimming in, the two higher levels had a little... the trip through the forest is just a prelude the high point is getting in the water and being doused by the waterfall, you can really enjoy yourself on this one.

I liked the short walk through the forest, as we found lots of birds. was looking forward to my swim in the pool, but it had been raining hard and was not advised to. It was good advice

We went during the dry season and there was still pleanty of water coming over the falls. We actually saw more birds here then we saw in the rainforest.

You do not need any guide other than the official ones, where you buy entry tickets. You walk through a cocoa plantation, see local birds and can swim in the pools in the waterfall. Refreshing! There are changing rooms at base camp.

We visited in the dry season so the falls were not at their most impressive, but we managed to get to the very top pool where we got away from the crowds and swam/dived on our own. We liked the fact that you are left to your own devices and there's no pressure to take a guide if you don't... More

Go early if you can to dodge potential crowds from cruise ship. Went on early morning hike ,saw colorful birds, very peaceful hike to beautiful sets of waterfalls, still going strong in April. Wear good sneakers or even hiking boots if you want to get up higher to one of the upper falls. Ropes are there on the more difficult... More
