We visited Bucerias in early May 2013. We were there during the kite boarding tournament - so we were able to watch them go up and down the beach as we sat under our umbrellas and relaxed. This town is wonderful, plenty of places to eat and drink, all within walking distance. Easy to get cabs to other places. The... More

Went to an outdoor market here, and the people who had things to sell everything was good quality and food! The market is by the water, beach & marina, and it was a lovely afternoon. You need to give yourself lots of time to check out all there is to look at! We went for a visit through the town... More

Just got back from tripping up to Bucerias and we were most disappointed to find that cheap trinket sales booths seem to have replaced a lot of the art booths we enjoyed a couple of years ago. Oh well, we eventually found some art to bring home. You really have to fight past the the trinket booths and search hard... More

Great escape outside of the bustling city. Small shops and cute cafes along the beach, definitely worth the walk if you're staying in Neuvo Vallarta.

Enjoyed walking around this small town. Took the bus from Puerto Vallarta which only cost 13 peso's each. Liked some of the unique shops. Nice to see some things that were not like every other store.

This is a smallish town north of PV where the people are friendly and the food is awesome. Nothing but good things to say about this little town.

Tired of the big 'booze cruise' tour? Well Manny is a better option. Six of us went on his tour to the Marietas Islands, on a boat piloted by his father. Good commentary along the way. Super trip to see the beauty of the islands - emerald water, caves, arches of rock. But the highlight was the blue footed booby.... More
