Imposing building in Spanish colonial style, worth a wander round if you're exploring the historic centre
Its a great landmark for Guadalajara and always a joy to see.Its one of the few things that still represent God and His greatness there is nothing around no more to show God is still on the throne of his kingdom but this is one of them.
It is very beautiful and serene. The old world architecture is splendid. It is definitely a place to visit.. The quiet and the spiritulness is a welcome relief to all the traffic outside its doors.
Beautiful and well preserved cathedral in the Plaza Des Armes. There are 3 chapels inside here; well visited by locals for prayers. Worth a stop
Huge wooden and metal doors absolutely beautiful interior fountains nearby great food nearby be sure to see governors mansion right next door too !! and do the underground shopping area right near by
Awsome high ceilings, breathtaking art and statues. The gold leaf and stained glass window of the Last Supper in back of the high main altar are stunning. Unknown to many, there is also a small crypt under the main altar which in open to the public too.
Beautiful, large cathedral with large, vaulted ceilings. All the priests were there for added authenticity.
The towers and the catacumbs are the most interesting things I enjoyed. But as a religious place, it's a must to visit.
Classic Mexican Cathedral, large. Didnt' like the press of the beggars out front. Loved the large altar
