We were looking for something that wasn't terribly expensive and didn't involve a lot of walking due to the fact I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my feet and my wife doesn't get around too well either. It is a quick ride from where the ship pulls in. We got there after the main group so we ended up with our... More

As a cruise passenger traveling with family, we booked the Discover Mexico and Chankanaab Park tour. Discover Mexico was interesting and our guide Chucho was fantastic. Chankanaab park had a nice beach area and easy snorkeling. Short and easy taxi ride from the port in Cozumel. Booked through This is Cozumel to save a few dollars vs. booking through the... More

This was not at all what we thought it would be. The history was kind of neat and we learned things about Mexico that we did not know. It was just not worth the money. It was good for a one time visit. But we will not do this again. More

Great park, 10 minute walk from the port and I highly recommend you take the walk and pay at the gate. If you take the cruise tours you will pay almost double. Our tour guide was Diego and he was fantastic!! Very informative tour of the Mayan ruins/history of Mexico in minature form. Watch out for the photographer though he... More

We had booked a different excursion tour that was cancelled, so we signed up for this at the last minute. It turned out to be the best excursion we could have had! We saw wonderful folk art and replicas of different temples. The thing I appreciated most was the availability of a wheelchair for my husband, pushed by our guide,... More

Really appreciated the knowledge of our tour guide, DIEGO. He was friendly, well-informed, spoke excellent English and overall really made the experience enjoyable! We very much enjoyed the artwork and the outdoor replicas were fascinating. The Ice-cream was outstanding also! More

Our tour guide, CHUCO, was the best!!! He truly loves his job. The tour was a worth while experience. From the awesome museum to the replicas of the temples, cities, and the explanation of each showed us how knowledgeable our tour guide, Chuco is. He also showed us pictures of how each replica, which weighs thousands of pounds, gets "picked"... More
