Looking very much like Gaudi's Sacred Family cathedral in Barcelona, the Parroquia is the primary view from El Jardin. It is old, worn and lovely.

Beautiful example of early Spanish Jesuit influence. Glows pink in the sunset. Wonderful photo opportunities.
Have a drink at one of the surrounding restaurants and gaze upon the Parroquia all lit up. I had Chicken Enchiladas at Don Tomas and they were delicious.
Great masonry and very nice altar, you can seat at the the square in front of the building and enjoy the architecture.
It stands out from anywhere in San Miguel and it is very exciting during this time of the year. It is surrounded by the jardin where all native and gringos hang out
The gothic style on the church is just amazing, this is maybe the most beautiful attraction here, the ilumination during the night makes this place just wonderful. During the spring break lots of people make the 7 churchs visit.
In the main square of San Miguel; a fantastic cathedral; see it lit up at night; just beautiful; the religious culture of Mexico is very evident in the interior; seeing the church during a religious holiday is a real experience

We also enjoyed hanging out in the plaza outside the...
