We love the old town charm and the sweet and friendly people. Lots of shopping and there is a beautiful old Catholic church. We always attend mass while we are there. There is also a roof top bar called Scooters that has all of the sports channels so my husband never misses any of the home town sports.

Easy to find and lined with cool little stores and more cafes/tequila joints than one can possibly try (but we gave it a try!). Wonderful fountain lined with memorial busts - great place to browse and get some "culture!"

Nice area for pictures... We walked there from the resort, which took about 20 minutes... Nie little shops all around the square...

San Jose is a nice little town. There are a few places that will offer free tequila samples! There are some decent little restaurants. The best one that I’ve eaten at is just outside the main part of town and is called Guacamayas. We felt very safe!

We loved everything about the town square! It was so clean it looked like it was out of a movie set. The locals are so nice and right by the church is Molly's, great food, drinks and service. Very small but they do have 5 or 6 tables set up outside. A must go

Quaint town with lots of fun shopping and a great French bakery, too. Bought cute hats and looked at tons of lovely jewelry.

I don't get it, being pushy is NOT going to get me to buy. Beautiful town but people are beyond pushy. You all sell the same thing and you all are too pushy. Will never return to Mexico.

The square is the heartbeat of a beautiful, quaint, sleepy fishing village...there are a number of really cool shops to go shopping in - from really nice jewelry stores to t-shirts to dresses to hats to ceramics to just about anything you can think of!
