Pacific Spirit Park is a large park that I believe is part of the University of B.C. lands but the land is protected from development. There are numerous trails running through it for walkers, mountain bikers and horse riders. Some of the trails are restricted to just walkers which is nice. You can walk cycle ride or run for miles... More

Friends and I often head here for walks with our dogs. The trails are well groomed, safe and off-leash. It can be busy, so plan accordingly. Lots to discover!

All parks in B.C. are great. Great trails and can get very chilly in the fall so bring a jacket. Great in the afternoon / evening.
