We like VanDusen much better than Butchard Gardens. Fewer people, the gardens are nicely arranged, there was ample opportunity to take photos.

This botanical garden is a jewel in Vancouver. Our visit took place during a glorious spring morning, so everything looked especially bright. I liked all the different layouts of the gardens, wandering around was so peaceful and the plants were lovely.

Looking to spend time outdoors, visit the gardens. Summer is of course a nice time to walk around however if in Vancouver during Christmas, a trip to the garden in the evening is a must. Fantastic light display

I've been to Van Dusen gardens during the gorgeous light displays put on around the Christmas season! Very magical and fun to walk through!! A must see event!

I used to be a volunteer guide at VanDusen nearly 20 years ago, but had not visited the park in ten years. We had lunch at SHAUGHNESSY, which was excellent. Then we walked around the 85-acre garden with our cameras in hand. The end of May is a very good time to visit!

We loved visiting the VanDusen Botanical Garden. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the flowers were gorgeous. We really enjoyed walking through the garden and sight-seeing. We would definitely go back if we were in Vancouver. Worth your time and money. Lots of great pics.
