We spent the better part of a day walking through this sculpture garden. Assiniboine Park is becoming more and more of a delight --- fabulous Zoo; spacious green areas; and now this sculpture garden. If you love art you won't want to miss seeing the works of a master sculptor.

A beautiful garden to stroll around and nice sculptures. Go in the late spring when all the flowers are out or in the early summer. This is perfect for just a stroll in the park.

Beautiful setting to enjoy the incredible, beautiful sculptures placed throughout. You could spend hours enjoying the area just strolling the grounds admiring the artwork. A very relaxing way to spend part of your day! Also a terrific destination for photography enthusiasts.

Taken there several years ago, sculptural beauty amidst a quiet park. Take a leisurely stroll alone or with friends. Beauty in stone, a must when in Winnipeg, a cultural highlight! A great memory!

Assiniboine Park takes great care of this garden and it is host to many beautiful weddings over the summer.

I have been here several times over the years, at different times of the year, and it never ceases to amaze me. Leo Mol created amazing and beautiful pieces of art. The gardens are always beautiful and colourful. Definitely a must see!

A visit to Assiniboine Park is not complete until your stroll thorugh the English garden and the Leo Mol sculpture park. You feel like you are somewhere else and can let your imagination run free.

It seems as though there is more packed into Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg than in almost any other city park anywhere in the world. The amazing sculptor Leo Mol was quite prolific and worked at his art and craft for decades in Winnipeg. The large collection in the sculpture garden is threaded with walkways, in and amongst the beautifully treed... More

If you're in Assiniboine Park, definitely check it out. The only problem with the garden is that parking can be an issue. Your best bet is to park at the zoo.

The sculptures alone are worth the visit, but add in the gardens and the opportunity for a walk and it is a perfect afternoon
