I love the idea of a teaching winery, and the fact that the wine ranges from decent to amazing is a bonus! The facility was beautiful, I wish I had gone in the summer when I could have gone outside.

We happened upon this winery while waiting for Bench Mark restaurant to open. What a great way to pass the time. The wines were great and the price was better than expected. Ten bucks for a bottle is terrific in my book. Well worth the value!

In addition to the winery, they have a wonderful restaurant staffed by students ... reservations a must.

Wine was ok staff was knowledgeable of the area and were good to suggest l;ocations for us to see. The concept of a teaching winery is such a good idea that it is worth supporting for just that reason alone. I did like the Baco Noir and bought a bottle (gone now)

As the student who led us said: "Look at this vineyard, this is my class room, try to find the black board". Such a lovely visit this weekend. Learned about the College's Teaching Winery program and how it operates as a non-profit. The Dean's List Chardonnay and the Barrel Chardonnay were both excellent. We picked up a bottle of the Barrel to take home at its affordable cost. The gentleman helping us was approachable and easy to chat with, no pretensions here.... More

We stopped here as part of wine tour and it was my favorite stop. Pros: Beautiful setting and visitor's center. Best wine of the day. Non-profit, all purchases support the school. Cons: None really, I wish I had come here on my own and maybe had lunch here also.

This was the first stop for our wine tour with Grape & Wine Niagara Tours. Was very informative and helped us to understand the wine making process better for the rest of our tour! Excellent sampling of wines and how to properly taste the wine. Everyone was friendly and there was a large variety of wines available!
