Too many over sauced quasi Italian recipes in the restaurants and not at all cheap - but nothing in Ottawa is. There are some good restaurants but haven't found one recently.

This is just a great walk. The street has been refurbished and there are so many great coffee shops and places to buy cheese like Luciano foods that it makes your spin. Luciano foods has hams hanging and wonderful Italian breads as well as cheeses etc...like stepping into Italy. Preston street is very vibrant, alive and a lot of fun

we live near here but the 5* event is the ferrari festival in june - free, up close experiences with ferraris, audis, alfa romeos, etc etc. i am not big into cars but really enjoy this festival - great fun.

Great neighbourhood for all kinds of things. Cafes to hi-end restaurants, and the best Italian coffee and pastries and gelattos. here ared so many restaurants we like to visit here, i could not list them all.

Alot of people know about Preston Street and viva italia and my sister and I went to a great restaurant there that my father visited before and I believe this was among the first times I ate mussels and it was quite good.

It's out of the way, for us, so we've only been there 3 times since we discovered it a few years ago. But the food service and wine menu are all simply excellent! You cannot go wrong with this cozy restaurant with the fresh pasta!

Other than StoneFace Dolly's, there's not much interesting about Preston Street although the potential is there.

Italian street with quite a few Italian restaurants where the food is really good. It is a nice walk to check out the shops and stores.
