A modern dairy farm making and retailing cheese near Thunder Bay is a worthwhile stop for anyone from more southern climes! Their cheese is well worth buying!

As I had never seen a cheese factory before this was very interesting to see. The cheese produced there was delicious and a lot of different flavours of gouda. Great Dutch products also.

The Gouda cheese was absolutely amazing! It was kinda disappointing that there wasn't anything else to do besides look at the factory through some windows and buy the cheese. That being said, this is some of the best cheese I've ever had.
