We took the Saturday winter 1 day tour. The bus is clean, the driver fun, respectful and well informed. I liked the tour guides; they were fluently bi-lingual and very warm courteous and helpful. Seemed to want travelers have an enjoyable time. Eager to share about the history of the area, very knowledgeable; they knew their facts and demonstrated that they are happy living and working in the area. I was very impressed.
