Best place to buy a lasting gift! The art painted on glass in reverse is not only affordable but really exquisite. The books for children are gems of good art and lovely Canadian stories. The art exhibited is always a joy and the permanent cultural exhibit never fail to intrigue and enlighten other nationalities endlessly.

A great place to learn more about your Ukrainian Heritage or just to learn about it. My husband is of Ukrainian Heritage, we spent about a good couple of hours here. We both enjoyed it as we learned more about his Ukrainian Heritage and what it was like for those when they first came to Canada many years ago.

Good place to spend a few hours but not as extensive as I expected. Folks behind the counter were two young Ukranian (students) and very passionate about their country and it's past. Beautiful embroidery and cloth work. Interesting art gallery. Learn about dying Easter eggs from way back.

The museum is only one large room and two smaller rooms, but they do an excellent job presenting a variety of artifacts about the Ukranian immigrants to Canada. Beautiful textiles, photographs, and paintings telling the story of the pioneers. Gift shop is lovely, too. Well worth five dollars and 90 minutes.

If you love History and learning about different cultures etc. this is a definite place to go and tour.

There is alot to see and learn of the Ukrainian heritage. Allow extra time to take in all the exhibit's and the beutiful culturial experience. Highly recommeded.

Stopped here when in Saskatoon, and so glad we did. I had just done a history search of my grand and great grandparents journey to Canada, and seeing the museum, they helped fill in the story of what they would have had to go through when coming to Canada. We really liked the layout and displays in this museum. It is in a very good, well maintained building. Many of the artifacts appear to be unique. A wonderful collection. The gift shop is absolutely excellent with a broad variety of products. Will definitely appeal to those of Ukranian descent. Fascinating stories for those who are not...
