The St. Brelade Bay area is one of the most picturesque on the island. This great big broad palm fringed golden white sandy beach is a delight and has been described by Alan Whicker as one of the loveliest in the world. The exclusive image of the area dates back to the 1950's and 60's when the first wealthy residents... More

W walked down to the bay from Red Houses. The gentle downhill walk took us to a beautiful old church at one end of a picturesque beach. It was low tide and the beach was a huge expanse of clean sand. I can see how this would be very popular in the warmer months.

Beautiful picturesque bay with plenty of eateries and shops. Parking available but must have disk. Tip go on Sundays and park free.

Plenty of places to eat - we liked the Oyster Box. Lovely beach to walk along - in April it was still too cool to sunbathe. There is a very interesting church at one end with a Fisherman's Chapel which can be accessed from the beach.

St Brelades Bay & it's beach are so beautiful - even on a cool but sunny day in early April, we should imagine this area of outstanding natural beauty must be one of the best in the British isles with it's expansive sands & beautifully maintained floral displays to the rear. We found the location to be well serviced by... More

It is a beautiful beach to visit. Although all shops and cafes shut very early! and the bus service is poor on a Sunday.

After having done the perimeter of Jersey in our hire care, I can definitely confirm this is the best beach with it's huge sandy expanse, rocks to clamber on and around, lovely restaurant at the top and the funky Fish and Beads shop for a spot of jewellery making with fabulous views. With clean toilet facilities too, we had a... More

St Brelade's Bay is by far one of the most outstanding bays in the United Kingdom. The long stretch of clean sandy beach, friendly atmosphere and loads to do, make this beach a must for any visitor to Jersey.

This is one of the most lovely bays in Jersey and hence we stay here every year! We love the views over the bay and the great walk you can do along the beach which is extended when the tide is out. Great restaurants, parking, and the beach itself is clean, sheltered - although a wind can cold. Seems to... More
