We went recently on a windy day with a mixed age range of little ones. Parking is free and the area large (on other side of road). Entrance to the large play barn is free , a tiny nominal amount for older children, and parents can join the children in the play areas if they want to, shoes off of... More

This was our first visit and a real hit with our 6yr old. Everywhere was clean & tidy and the food in the cafe was very reasonably priced and tasty too. You don't have to pay to enter and once there, there is plenty to do without spending any money at all. Off course you can't go to an Ice... More

The play areas are great we could have easily have spent the whole day here. The cost of all the attractions are more than... More

What a brilliant concept. Something for everyone.I visited bank holiday weekend with a friend and her two sons aged 10 & 5. We expected a little farm shop when we saw the sign for ice cream farm but we were amazed at what we discovered there. Loads to do , petting farm, watch the milking, bouncy castle, mini golf, tots... Grear wee place with lots of animals and activities for kids. You can watch the cows being milked. The ice cream is delicious.

Fantastic ice cream though busy so not always somewhere to sit and eat this ice cream. £3 for two scoops is reasonable considering what you pay elsewhere. You can also make your own mini ice cream sundae and add little sweets to it. You can buy the ice cream tubs which I did think were a tag expensive at £5... More

I and my wife have regularly visited the Country Kitchen cafe at Chester ice Cream in Tattenhall and have found on all occasions the staff to be very helpful and efficient, the quality of the food is very good and value is excellent. We have been very impressed by the speed of the service especially at school holiday times when... More
