I was surprised how much the Bristol company had actually been involved with, and it's all here.Well, bits of them. Planes from Bi-planes to Concord, rockets and trams - a veritable treasure house of products. Well worth the trip
Loved the Kestrel / early Harrier that suffered Cat 5 airframe damage and spent the rest of it's life in a test rig.
A very eclectic mix ranging from old fire engines, a bus, Concord and a Britannia, some nasty missiles and Rolls Royce engines. My granddaughter simply loved the double decker bus that we could sit on and also the Concord cabin. There was also plenty to interest my husband and son.
Run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers, who are very helpful and a bit quirky themselves.
Ideal place to take the kids on a rainy day, as there are many things to touch and play with
Collection includes military vehcles, buses, aircraft and missiles housed in a disused aircraft hangar.
The collection is best described and quirky.
