Incredibly enthusiastic guides were really informative about the exhibits - I was really enthralled, when I must admit I hadn't really expected to be!

The exhibition is very well laid out in a logical and easy to understand manner. It is housed in a modern environment and the knowledgeable and helpful staff are happy to assist. The cathedral and grounds are splendid.

A very good insight into how the world was viewed in the past. The library showed a fascinating method of storing books securely.

Lovely exhibition to give some background to the Mappa Mundi before you get to view the real thing which offers a fascinating insight into a medieval view of the world. A visit to Hereford would not be complete without a visit to the Chained Library and the historic Mappa Mundi building. This building has been visited by thousands and is quite unique to everyone, the Citizens of Hereford being very very proud to have this in our City.

The displays are easy to understand and not too long winded ideal for families, the chained library was very interesting and the staff very informative
