Havn't visited the slate mine or via ferrata but it sounds very good from what people are saying. Have to let people know about my experience at the cafe though. A friend and I arrived looking forward to something to eat as we had walked over from the Wasdale Head Inn - a great pub by the way. I was... More

I was a bit sceptical and dragged by the other half on this visit. I loved it!!! We did the Kimberly tour and our guide was a guy called Roland and he really made the trip. His knowledge was fantastic and his enthusiasm was infectious. A suitable trip for all ages and you wont be able to resist a little... More

I would rate this as a must visit attraction if you are to visit Lake District (Keswick). The weather was really bad when we visited but once the tour started, we just forgot the weather and started enjoying the tour. This is a very rare opportunity to how it was. The tour guide had a very good knowledge. Honister pass... More
