A group of us visited after being on the Mersey ferry from Manchester. One of our group is in a wheelchair but that made no difference - we were warmly welcomed and made comfortable. The only drawback was that in a wheelchair the view was limited to one direction - however the member of staff was happy to allow us... More

This is the 2nd time I have been on this Wheel, the most recent at sunset. I have been on other wheels in other cities but no other skyline compares. If you have time it is also close to the Albert Dock for more sightseeing or a visit to the many bars and restaurants. The wheel went round 4 times... More

love the wheel! have been twice now once at night and then again at sunset, the first time we had a standard pod and then the second we had the vip pod. the standard pod is great, about £8 each and takes approx 15mins, although i think they alter this depending how busy they are. the vip pod was expensive,... Nice feature to this pretty area of the city. Good views across the city and the Mersey, and you get a fair amount of time up in the air for the price. The individual photo pack at the end was good value - 2 8X4 prints, 3 postcards, a fridge magnet and a keyring presented in a souvenir guidebook for... More

the liver pool eye is just like the london eye, nice replica to view the city especially if you and your spouse are on vacation, i really enjoyed it with my spouse when we came for our honey moon, it will always be in our mind, it is just around the dock by echo center.

Over by the Echo Arena, good place to see the Mersey, Cathedrals, and the 3 Graces all in the space of 3 turns of the wheel. It lasts about 10 minutes so it needs to be quick to get the photos.
