Paid for the six for 6 package. Food was awful. Very poor choice. Free bet was only for certain races which many of us didn't realise. Beer was though!

Booked a table for 4 in the restaurant and paid £30 per head for a 3 course meal which was really tasty but basic. View of the track from the table is good and a betting lady comes and takes your bets and gives out winnings without you having to move! Drinks were also expensive , £7 for a small... More

On a lads night out and it was Relatively Cheap n cheerful, you can enjoy a pint, a bite to eat and place a bet - nothing special yet highly enjoyable. Shame its days are numbered as it reflects in the decor, no money spent in a while (why bother when they will only pull it down shortly :-( Therefore... More

We went here on a Saturday evening as my girlfriend had got me vouchers for my birthday and we booked for the restaurant deal. You get a 3 course meal & they come along and take your bets so you dont have to keep going and putting them on. Also a race programme included. Food was very nice & Mary... More

Lots of deals on the website to reduce your cost. Restaurant has lovely service as well.. Don't judge the book by its cover just try it and you would be... More

The stadium has been gradually running down over the past 20 years or so and there is no sign of that changing. The whole place has a sad feeling about it that is similar to the local pub that is due to close. The racing is still good, but all that surrounds it is poor.

I know dog tracks dont have a reputation for being smart places to be, but this place is a dump. The downstairs area is tatty and looks like it was designed in the 1970s and that is where it is stuck. The Gents at the far end of the track should be condemned. The fast food is okay. The one... More

We usually go Greyhound racing at our local Poole stadium, went to Wimbledon as we had weekend away in London. First piece of advice would be to go on the stadiums website & see what offers they have, we were able to get in free & also had a £3.00 drinks voucher, great value. The stadium has excellent free car... More

, 9 of us booked to go dog racing,I was a bit miffed to be told that we had to pay up front and it was nonrefundable as it was a fair way in advance. It was explained that the tables were for four or six people, but we thought how hard is it to move a chair or two?... More
