Absolutely love the natural history display here. Great range of displays, something for all the family. Shame that Castle Keep didn't have its usual displays out, but understand that they are doing a refurb. Cafe good, but limited choice- maybe because it was a Sunday? Cold toilets- sort it out please!!

More of a museum than a traditional castle. Enjoyed the couple of hours we spent there. Well worth a visit if you are in Norwich

If you expect a splendid Norman castle you will be disappointed. It is most impressive from the outside but all that can be seen inside is the great empty space of the enormous keep. We visited Norwich Castle Museum on a Sunday afternoon. It was very quiet, and that made the visit more enjoyable, as we had time to look around. Our children enjoyed the visit too and, as museums can sometimes be a bit stuffy, that was quite an achievement. The displays are neat and tidy, and explain a lot about different aspects... More

Aspects of the museum were good and well set out. I liked the art gallery but the actual castle and armory were disappointing. As a consequence I found it overpriced and left wondering whether I overlooked something.

I really enjoyed this museum. A mixture of art gallery, natural history as well as castle. We had two young children and they had lots to do - there were several areas set aside to entertain them (eg drawing in the art gallery)

Don't leave Norwich without visiting Norwich Castle. So much to see and do. The art gallery is particularly good for a provincial city

What an adventure. Full of history a place to take all the family and especially the children. You can easily spend a day looking around and soaking the history from this magnificent place.

Last day of Easter Hols two families visited Norwich castle and we had an amazing time. Lots to do for the children. Clean, safe and just brilliant.
