We had an opportunity to explore the The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and have members explain the rooms etc. A great day...
If you like golf, you must visit St.Andrews. Nice shops, free entry to walk across the golf courses and take a picture of the famous bridge on hole 18 of The Old Course. Although it is difficult to obtain a tee time for the Old course, it was very easy to obtain one for the Jubilee course, which is next... More
We don't play golf but we really enjoyed the atmosphere in and around this oldest golf club in the world established in 1754. We enjoyed the afternoon sun along the shores although it was quite cold and windy when we were there. We enjoyed to see the activities of the preparation for the coming Woman Golf Tournament and of course,... More

It really took me back considering the reputation. Seems like they are comfortable with this being more of a tourist attraction than a golf... More
Our last day in St. Andrews started out cold and blustery which is what we had expected our entire week to be. Our tee time was 12:30 at the Old Course. At noon, the clouds disappeared, the sun came out and all was well in the golf world! It was a magical experience to golf at the Old Course.
