We were running late for our tour but the tour company waited for us. My wife forgot an umbrella and Padraig, our tour guide, had a spare she could borrow. All this was just before the tour begins and this is what many of the tourist related companies overlook or deem it low priority-the personal touch of customer service. I... More

As a solo traveler who was going to be in Dublin for a few weeks, I thought the best way to get oriented was with a walking tour. Because Dublin is very compact, I would highly recommend this experience over any of the bus tours, especially because it is so much more personal and the guides are so well-informed. My... More

We were on a 24hour whistle stop tour of Dublin and doing this tour with pauline really made us feel we had more of a sense of the place and had scratched a little below the surface of this city. She was entertaining, interesting, informative and knowledgeable. More

My 16 year old son and I loved our walking host, Pilar. She was knowledgable, funny and insightful. After doing the hop on hop off tour the day before, this tour rounded out the knowledge that we needed with out a guide. More

Our guide, Pauline, took us to many places in Dublin, some familiar to us, but thanks to her expert knowledge, we learnt many things we didn't already know about our city and its historic buildings.. Our teenage children got a new slant on the history they are learning in school, and were fascinated to hear many new things about Dublin.... More

Our tour guide, Padraig, was awesome! He was knowledgeable, well-organized, and had a good sense of humor. This is probably the only time that I would say that I would have paid more for something - the tour was that good! I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends. More

We decided to go on this tour as it was free with our hop on hop off ticket - it was fantastIc. Our tour guide John was so knowledgeable and put all the history and geography across in what felt like a two and a half hour conversation with a friend . Would recommend this tour to everyone - especially... More

This 2 hour walk was extremely informative about the history, people and places off the beaten track of Dublin city so a really good add on from the hop on/off bus tour and free with that ticket so excellent value but well worth the ticket price if you don't do the bus tour. More

I was tired and skeptical but wanted to get as much as I could during the time I had in Dublin. In the 3+ hours of walking with my guide I learned so much more than I otherwise could have. The walk was interesting, well narrated, comprehensive and entertaining. I learned more than I dreamed possible from such a good... More

I took the Georgian Walking Tour of Dublin with Pat Liddy's Tours last November. As it was a dismal day and off season there was one other couple making up an intimate group of four, making the experience more personal. Firstly their motto 'rain or shine' suggests an upbeat attitude which to the unpredictable Irish weather was certainly true, undeterred... More
