Loved seeing the dresses from Downton Abbey's Season One - wasn't expecting that. Fun to read about the history of Harrogate.
Was perhaps expecting a bit too much but found the museum slightly boring. Video at the end was of such poor quality that it couldn't be heard so complete waste of time. Would have preferred more about Harrogate and the springs. Not sure what the egyptian bit or Dowton costumes was all about!

Visited the Pump Rooms - a lovely building with very interesting and amusing stories to tell... worth a visit and then you can just cross over the road and enjoy a stroll around Valley Gardens. Perfect
A small fee to get in, lots of history about old cures and treatments of ailments, lengthy silent video a bit too long. Costumes from Downton Abbey tv show were on show when I visited.
