What a wonderful way to enjoy Aix and the best it has to offer! We began the tour visiting some of the best shops in Aix from cheese to wine to olive oil. Throughout the tour Hilary gave a brief history on the city of Aix and shared fascinating stories. Hilary was an incredible tour guide and was helped by... More

I really enjoyed the very conclusive tour, we started with a small tour of Aix, visited some specialist food shops and learnt a bit of the history. We were encouraged to practice the language with the market vendors too. The food preparation was a great part, learning culinary skills and drinking delicious wine. We benefited from the host and assistants'... More

It's a pleasure and a joy to AIXplore this expatriate life with Hilary and friends. Her experience and expertise in the wine business builds a strong bridge between nations and cultures. She brings her American enthusiasm to the French south and the result is LIFE bigger than when you left home. More

My wife and I were on a 6 week trip in Europe and this was one of, if not the best thing we did. We learned so much and had a blast with Hilary and the other couple we shared the day with. It was well worth the cost considering the tour, food, and wine and life long memories we... More

I joined Hillary and Brian for an evening of wine and chocolate, and it was fantastic! Jam-packed with information on the wines, joined with information from their chocolate expert, and friend, Andrea, the night was great. They kept the evening lively, but relaxed at a fantastic new wine bar in Aix-en-Provence. If anyone was looking into a tour of local... More

Hilary & Brian are knowledgeable and fantastic guides to the culture of wine in France. I've been to three wine tastings with them and one "half-day" winery excursion in the Provençe/St. Victoire area. They both know the ins and outs of everything related to wine making and present it in a witty and down to earth way, in addition to... More

For anyone that likes cooking, food or wine, this is a must do. We were met in the town by Hillary and Brian (wine expert and chef). We toured the local markets marveling at all fruits and vegetables. Brian purchased all we needed for our lunch. We visited the wine store for Hillary to purchase our wine. We walked to... More

Our small group of three spent a fantastic day with Brian our guide, entrepter and wine expert along with Patrick our Chef for the day. After meeting Brian and Patrick under the clock tower in the historic center of Aix en Provence and discussing the menu we set off shopping the markets and shops for all the items we would need...
