Just wandering around it is a treat. There are markets and lots of little lanes to explore. Sit and enjoy the ambience in one of the squares. Lots to see and do.

old nice is so lovely to just walk around getting lost in all the old passage ways enjoying the scent and variety of shops and restaurants its a must see place we go around every other day never boring.

I want to say that I used to love walking around the old town of Nice, but nowadays as the night goes on it is now full of dangerous petty thieves which seems to be getting worse over my 5 years here. There is not enough police presence on the streets to stop that as far as I am concerned.... More

Just go and visit Nice Old Town! You will Love it trust me :) It is an amazing place and great restaurants and old church and you will find musicians performing on the streets!! Take your Cam and go!

This area is filled with restaurants of every caliber . Lively pubs, Italian cafes, shops and French bistros everywhere. There are many spots to enjoy dessert and a lovely fresh fruit and vegetable market.

Great restaurants and bars. Good value if you stick to the Plas du Jour and order the house wine in a pitcher. Much cheaper than at home!

This is my third trip to Nice and each time is great. The old part is fabulous to wonder around with its restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. Nip out across the road to the beach, then dive back into the maze of narrow streets and hidden gems. Love this place.
