The Viktualienmarkt is tucked 5mins away from the main square at Marienplatz and is the perfect way of seeing - and tasting - the local Bavarian specialities. From vegetables and fruit to meat and fish; from bread and cheese to wine and beer. Most of the dining stalls are covered, in case of bad weather.
