This zoo has loads of really exciting animals. My particular favourite were the elephants but the big cats, polar bears, monkeys, wolves seals and the Zambezi river tour. Despite the small size zoo there some great attraction such as a couple of days old baby giraffe...Really nice , the seals, and the white panthers jumping around.

It was very nice with all the snow. There was also a sleigh-track for free for the kids. Easy to reach with one of the buses/trams. There is also a cafeteria where you can order all sorts of different fast foods, although a bit pricey, not nor more than you would pay at any other tourist attraction in the world.

We spent a day with our kids three years ago and they were so amazed that we had to visit again. The zoo is very well equipped, clean, the animals look healthy and the food quality and price is reasonable. On the flip side, do not expect extremely rare animals. the 2nd to visit in Germany , and finally we found elephants , It is very nice place not huge but a good place to spend your day .The atmosphere of the adventure and the travel from place to place is a very nice idea.

So many varieties of species and i was fortunate to have good weather on the same day. Never seen Lion and zebras in the same enclosure as they kept here. It’s good one time experience to visit (of course quite costly)
