As inhabitant of Vitoria this is one of the things I am most proud of. You can walk around Vitoria perimeter using only green areas! Besides the paths are very comfortable and smooth, and there are benchs and drinking fountains along the way.
Everyday you can find a new surprise! The Green Ring is full of native flora and fauna....

Vitoria is ringed with parks and green spaces. That is why it was named the Green City of Europe for 2012. Wonderful place to visit and walk.

There are many hits around this Green Ring around the city of Vitoria. On the East you can go birding during the whole year or see the deers. On the West you can relax beside a lake or having a walk along the river to the North
