Barcelona is sprinkled with Gaudi's accomplishments. His buildings are not to be missed. All unique visions. This place is worth seeing as is all the rest.
Big queues to get in, but they seemed very well organised and the queues moved very quickly. Everyone is issued with phone/ radio for audit tour of the building. Considering the period that that this building was built in, it's pretty incredible and the pictures showing the room furnished, give a great insight. The negatives are the high number od... More
I had never heard of Gaudi, but wow.. amazing and to think he did these 100 years ago... worth seeing some of his works.
I enjoyed seeing this because I had the chance to enter for free, but I can imagine that paying visitors were disappointed. Seeing the house from the outside is really all you need in my opinion because the only thing the museum has to offer is some furniture designed by Gaudi and a look into a reconstruction of the rooms... Paid 5 euros to get inside to see the museum, I would not go back as it did not take long to walk around inside not worth the money, save it for casa batillo or another sight, would not recommend this sight, but do go to park guell which is free!
A fabulous creation and worth a visit . You get to see internal and external features but not the inside of the "apartments / wings" of the construct. The hand held "audio guide" device helps with understanding and makes the visit but get's "lost" as you end up in the "gift shop" full of over priced trinkets and such....was slightly... More
I have bought the ticket together with entrance to Sagrada Familia. I should actually buy ticket for Towers instead of Gaudi House. There was nothing much to see and be excited about. See the park, but do not go to this house if you want to save some money and visit other attraction.
We toured the Casa Gaudi (Gaudi House Museum), where Gaudi lived. The admission prices where very reasonable (5.50 euros for adults, 4.50 euros for students) and it was a nice break in the middle of the park that I would highly recommend.
As some other people have said, this is a very interesting place to visit but not worth the effort to go to just for this, if you are nearby, definitely visit, just don't go out of your way. If you want to enjoy Gaudi's work and find out about him it is worth visiting the house he built in the... More
