Nice architecture for this palace, close to a pond with a fountain. Nothing else than just being there, listening to the birds and watching the game of the sunshine through the glass. Relax, take a deep breath and enjoy; you're in Madrid.

If you are in Retiro Park you have to stop by, it's a small but amazing crystal palace with a beautiful lake with ducks and turtles next to it!

This glass palace is in the middle of a beautiful park! It is so fun to see and I'm glad that I stumbled upon this when I was in the park. Make sure you add this to your Madrid itinerary.

Nice place to go for a walk especially on a Saturday sunny afternoon! Really enjoyed it! Also the park area around it is great!

After a nice walk at the park and suddenly you see the glass palace between all the green. It's beautifull. Inside not so interesting, it's empty. I was glad that the sun was shining it makes it more beautifull.

It is more of a "glasshouse" than a palace. The crystal palace is located within Retiro Park. We got double lucky because there was an art exhibit from Reina-Sofia museum displayed inside the palace. Within the Retiro Park, this building is a beautiful place to stop and relax. The lakes and surrounding gardens really give this place a wonderful look. It's worth a look inside and there was an exhibition on when I was there but it's really the exterior that astounds. I could have stayed for ages!
