Didn't know this was here until we wandered up the street and looked down...waaay down. Absolutely stunning and amazing sigh, very imptessive natural beauty.

The views into the ravine are just amazing--and so unexpected, being nearly adjacent to the central square. The Hotel Antiche Mura is adjacent to the ruins and provide additional views from the property, but the views from the street are just as stunning.

A wonderful gorge in the heart of Sorrento. Walk alongside the road overlooking the valley to see another valley equally spectacular.

Mother Nature can surprise you with so much tucked into every corner of this amazing place; Sorrento. As I looked down to admire the Deep Valley of the Mills; I had to collect myself. I have a tremendous fear of heights .... but I had to overcome it to take in this view. How ahh inspiring!

This is an interesting old mill situated in a gorge. We had seen it on the internet before coming out to Sorrento and had to go and see it. This old mill is interesting to see if you are near Piazza Tasso. It is right next to our hotel, so we happened to see it.
