We wanted to learn how to cook traditional Italian food but we learned so much more! Andrea, the executive chef and Erika his wife are absolutely awesome. We had a great group and Andrea threw in some humour and made the whole experience fun and extremely productive. We had much more fun than we expected. The menu was amazing as... More

This was one of my best days ever in Rome! Chef Andrea and his lovely wife Erica were fantastic hosts. Andrea has such a passion for food and it really showed in how well he taught and described what we were doing. The menu he selected was an amazing assortment of traditional and seasonal Roman dishes using fresh, local ingredients.... More

When in Rome, one must NOT miss out on a cooking class by Andrea. From the first email to the last goodbye - we sincerely felt at home. Having gotten lost and then found, we were a bit late arriving, which was not seen as an issue or made us feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form. Andrea gave... More

You see the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain but nothing leaves a little piece of Rome in your heart quite like Chef Andrea's cooking class. My daughter and I spent the day with Chef Andrea, his beautiful wife Erica and ten others from all over the world learning how to make the most delicious recipes. My daughter is ten... More

A Must do!!! One of the highlights of our European trip was our cooking class with chef Andrea! He was so patient, informative, and fun! It takes a special person to bring people from all walks of life into a little kitchen and within a few hours sit at the dinner table as friends enjoying good food we had cooked,... More

I can only reiterate what others have said. Erica and Andrea are charming, patient, responsive, e con buon cuore. Just home two days from Italy, I am preparing to make a ricotta torte using visciole (type of cherry) preserves made by Andrea, and homemade ricotta. My sister and I both enjoy cooking a lot and both learned many new things,... More

This is a very well run and professional operation, you won't be disappointed! Even my young adult children thought this was the highlight of their trip. I learned a lot about cooking, not just Roman cuisine.

We had a wonderful time at our cooking class! Our hostess, Erica, was so welcoming and really helped to facilitate the great group of people we had in our class. Chef Andrea was entertaining, knowledgeable, and patient. We cooked a fantastic meal and had lots of laughs in the kitchen. Thank you again!

I went with about 20 other students from my university in Rome, and we all had the best time ever! Andrea was so entertaining, and had something for all of us to do. There was no standing around twiddling our thumbs. Everything was fresh from the market that morning. Not only did we learn how to cook the food, but... More
