My soon-to-be-fiance and I had a blast with Fabio, Monica and Virginia! I was the one really interested in the cooking experience and my partner was willing to come along to please me. (Good move on his part!) The great thing was that Fabio and his chefs made the experience so fun and engaging that he enjoyed the whole experience... More

For my wife Jessie's 30th birthday I surprised her with a trip to Italy, and on her birthday, a cooking class with Chef Fabio in Rome. Jessie absolutely loved this class (as did I). Chef Fabio and his assistants, Virginia and Monica could not have been more accommodating and fun to learn from. They made everything so easy to learn,... More

I had an amazing cooking course with Chef Monica today in Mazzano which is a picturesque village right out of the Middle Ages history books, with narrow streets, jumbles of rooftops, flower boxes spilling out of windows and quaint butcher and grocery stores. Monica is a delightful person and she simplifies the seemingly scary task of making pasta. I will... More

This cooking course was absolutely brilliant! Monica took us around the market, fantastic tour, and explained varieties of vegetable I had never seen before, I shopped there every day after that. Pasta making is now breeze and I can knock up a homemade ravioli dish in no time , as well as gnocci with the most amazing sauce. Igor and... More

My wife and I booked a cooking class with Fabio though Odyssey Tours. What a treat! Fabio took us to the Market and butcher shop, toured us through the Jewish Ghetto on the way back to his apartment. Cooked a Fabiolous Italian meal and learned to make Gnocci, Ravioli and some other pasta that I still can't pronouce. Totally inspired... More

My wife and I share a passion for history and a love of food and cooking. We both knew when we came to Italy that we wanted to experience the history and share our love of the kitchen. She found the Fabiolous Cooking Day and knew it would be something we could enjoy together. Chef Monica was wonderful and Fabio's... More

While in Rome my sister and I had the pleasure of doing this cooking class. We were under the expert guidance of Monica who showed great patience and humor. We started the class with a visit to the local market to collect all that was needed for the cooking. The class was held in Chef's Fabio's apartment which was set... More

Having recently returned from Rome, my 9 year old twins are constantly reliving their day with Chef Monica. what a perfect way to remember our trip. Since we are avid home cooks, I thought this would be the perfect antidote to purely seeing the sights....and it was worth every penny! Monica and her brilliant sous chef, Virginia, were so warm... Myself and my husband were lucky enough to do a pasta making class which consisted of just the two of us and the chef Monica. This was a very reasonable price for everything that was included and the service was exceptional. Monica was a friendly chef and was great to chat to. She showed us how to make cavatelli and... We did the Mazzano Romano version of this cooking school and had a fantastic time. Monica, chef, and her assistant Lucio were brilliant hosts and really made us feel welcome with a relaxed sense of warmth and fun. We learnt some great things about cooking and ended up with a truly satisfying and delicious lunch. Location is beautiful.
