We did the Mazzano Romano version of this cooking school and had a fantastic time. Monica, chef, and her assistant Lucio were brilliant hosts and really made us feel welcome with a relaxed sense of warmth and fun. We learnt some great things about cooking and ended up with a truly satisfying and delicious lunch. Location is beautiful.
