We took the Twilight Trastevere Tour. It was great fun, food, company and information. The meeting point, Isola Tiberina is easy to locate, and there is a nice cafe' in the corner of the small piazza that has reasonably priced beer and snacks to enjoy if you arrive early. Our guide, Kate, was enthusiastic, fun, and knowledgeable. I recommend taking... More

What a great intro to real, authentic Italian cuisine! We did the Twilight Trastevere tour with Kate as our guide. Fun group of 8 people, and the neighborhood we visited was really cool - not your typical tourist trap stuff. Highlights were the fried artichoke, ancient wine cellar, and some other surprises that I won't give away here. Kate had... More

We were quite happy with our dinner tour in the Trastevere neighborhood. The guide was relaxed, knowledgeable, and fun. Food, wine, and history combined in a 3 hour that truly was a highlight of our last trip to Rome. I appreciated that the group was small....perhaps 10 of us.

My wife and I tokk both the Trastevere and Testaccio tours because we wanteed to sample the foods and find restaurants that we could return to during our 7 day stay. Stefania guided out Trastevere tour, and Bo our Testaccio tour. Both young ladies were personable, well informed, and entertaining...and the food we tasted was generally delicious. I'd give it... We had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide Luce was fabulous. Although it was raining on and off during the morning, it did not phase us one bit. We stopped at 10 different places, all within walking distance. The tour had a good combination of walking and resting. While most of the places included only a food... More

Anna rocked this tour. Incredible depth of knowledge, loves Rome, the food, wine and most especially the gelato. That's where she really comes alive, and I have to say, I wasn't really into gelato before this. I came for the wine. But she brought us to Fatamorgana at the end of the tour and I was blown away. You walk... More

What a great trip! Anna was pleasant and well-informed, and the places we visited had delicious food & wine. I was by myself, and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

I did the evening tour through Trastevere. Anna was amazing. She knew everyone and lead us through a magical night. The food was amazing but the history even more so. I don't want to spoil it for you but if your coming to Rome, try this out. If at all possible do pne of their tours as one of your... More

This was easily one of the best things we did in Rome. We might not have discovered the Testaccio district on our own, so it was great to have Kenny as our guide. As we don't speak Italian, it was wonderful to be able to taste things in delis and at market stalls that we might have missed on our... More

Everything said by the many Tripadvisors about this tour are true. It is a wonderful introduction to food in Rome, a delightful tour of a delightful neighborhood, and lots of fun. We were lucky to have have two guides Kate -- an old timer, and Tanya, in training; both were knowledgeable, personable, and energetic. We did the Trastevere twilight tour.... More
