A basilica on top of the hill - a sombre but quietly peaceful church holding the "Tre Ceri" - (Three Cancdles) that are raced around the town. Very cool even in the heat of the day. Magnificent views from the top as well as ample parking(free)

Not large, but also not crowded. Worth the visit to see the huge "Ceri" (candles), which are the signature symbol of the state of Umbria. View is magnificent at the top of the hill overlooking the town.

Made a trek up here from the cable car and i feel it was worth it. Good information about the Cera and a nice enough church.
