It is possible to cycle round this lovely lake, about 57km in all. There are cycle tracks and paths most of the way but in some areas one has to cycle on the road. There are plenty of opportunities for coffee stops or even a lunch stop.

Thought sleeping in winter, this quiet small town is still elegant with some restaurants open and a whole lakeshore for you to enjoy a quiet walk.

We had looked forward to visiting the lake. However after driving almost 3/4 way around the lake you did not get to see much as the view from the road is largely blocked by the undergrowth. Not worth a visit.
