The station is clean and convenient to the sites in Lucern. The connected underground walkways and shops are great-- especially in inclement weather. Conveniently located right next to the Altstadt area and the shopping district, the Lucerne train station is a major fixture of central Lucerne. It is relatively clean and well organized with plenty of signs so you don't get lost. One item they could improve is to have more folks to provide information.
